Confirmation must be made 24 hours before scheduled service. If no communication has been made, your spot will go to the next client on my wait list. 10 minutes is my late policy, anything 10minutes and on will need to be rescheduled. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations of any kind, and at any time. Deposits will be put toward your total cancellation. If you are canceling 24 hours before your appointment, a 50% fee will be taken to cover time lost and/or product cost. When rescheduling, a new deposit must be put toward your new appointment. This fee is 25%. This fee is to hold your place, and will not go toward your new total.
